Sat down to play this with the family, and we ended up playing much longer than we planned to because none of us could accept our defeat. The special cards add the perfect amount of the strategic gameplay to the pattern matching aspect of the game. I think it's a good game for both more and less competitive groups, as the amount of strategy involved can adapt to the whims of the players. This is a cute card game to add the the collection, and I'm sure we'll be pulling it back out often!

We were looking for a game to replace the classic card games we usually play. Uno, phase 10, sleeping queens. Our younger kids (7 & 10) absolutely loved this game. It was super easy to learn and is good to teach kids the beginning elements of strategy. There is an offensive and defensive element to the game so you can approach it differently each time you play. Games are quick so it's good for quick family fun. We would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a simple card game with a little strategy.

This is a super fun card game! We really enjoy playing it as a family with our nine-year-old and teenager. Once we understood the rules, it was off to the races. It's a game where the tide can turn suddenly, and just when you think you are about to win, your opponent removes some cards and it's back to the drawing board! Lots of fun, but stressful for those who are especially competitive. Haha! Highly recommend!

A fun game that every person in our family can understand and play together. It's fast moving and challenging. Our children range from ages 7-15 and each of them quickly grasped the concept of the game and it felt like fair play among all of us. We had a great time playing it.

Fun new card game that the whole family can play. So fun that I bought several to give as gifts. Some strategy but mostly luck involved.

We really enjoyed playing this game as a family with kids of multiple ages. There is a little bit of luck but a lot of logic that makes it fun for all. The instructions were easy to follow and understand and we could begin playing quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

It was an excellent addition to our family game closet. I was pleasantly surprised my almost 6yr old son could get play to because he understands patterns. He loved using the bomb 💣 to change up the play area and mess up mom and dads progress. Lol. We can’t wait to play it again!

Fun car game. Easy to learn but challenging enough to engage children and adults. Everyone from my 5 year old to 12 year old enjoys this game.

Unique, fun, and engaging for a variety of ages. I'll admit that I think I struggled to visualize the patterns more than my 7 and 9 years olds... Great new game to add to our collection!

This is easy to learn the game for a wide range of ages. Both my 9 year old and my 15 year old enjoyed the game. No reading is required. Very satisfied!

This is a fun, easy to learn game. It doesn't require a large attention span so it is perfect for the young and old. It can be played in less than 15 minutes. It would be a great gift.

Our family loves playing games together! We often create and add “house rules” to our favorite games. In 2019, we used blank playing cards to create a new card game for our family. When we shared it with others, they consistently provided positive reviews and suggested that we publish and sell it. After many iterations of creating, prototyping, and play testing, Pattern Pursuit was born!
